Pho's subscription service is governed by Apple's standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the "Apple EULA"). Any subscription purchase, renewal, or refund you complete through the App Store is subject to the Apple EULA.

The following is a brief summary for reference only. The complete and binding terms are those in the Apple EULA.

  • Auto-renewing subscriptions: unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically.
  • Payment: charged to your Apple ID account.
  • Management: manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds: handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy.
  • Lifetime purchase: a single one-time payment that permanently unlocks Pro features, with no renewal involved.

Supplementary Terms — The Pho App

Use of Pho itself (features outside of subscriptions, and all free functionality) is governed by the supplementary terms below:

  1. You are solely responsible for your photos and your storage. Pho does not store your photos and is not responsible for the availability of your storage or for any data loss.
  2. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of whatever storage service you use (NAS, WebDAV, NFS, or Baidu Netdisk).
  3. Pho is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties.
  4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
